I'm an investor and venture builder, with a background across organisational leadership and investor relations. I'm motivated by building things that last: relationships, companies and investments that compound over time. I look for companies that combine a powerful vision with a defensible moat. As the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson said: “Attack wins you games, defence wins you titles.”
Founding Partner
I'm a strategist who values honest communication and clear priorities. With over eight years in growth capital at Springvest Oyj, including its Nasdaq First North listing in 2021, I invest in companies whose technology solves real problems and drives market expansion. As a fan of Liverpool FC, I share Jürgen Klopp's belief: “Anyone can have a good day, but you have to be able to perform on a bad day.”

With a background in engineering and private and corporate banking, I'm passionate about providing clear solutions to structural problems, ranging from restructuring or raising capital, to the development of sales strategies. My network expands across Finland, Sweden and Estonia, and I believe international connections are the key to long-term success. In my free time I enjoy tennis, audiobooks and continuous self-development.

The meaning of Fidentia
Fidentia (n.) confidence; the state of trust.
Fidentia comes from the Latin fidere, “to trust.” It shares its root with fides, the Roman ideal of faith, loyalty and good faith, the bond that holds relationships and contracts together. The same root runs through fidelity, fiduciary and confide.
A fitting name for a firm built on long-term partnership, lasting relationships and the quiet confidence that underpins lasting partnerships.
